HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER MY DRESS?
Each retail store has different time frames for their services. In general, a gown made to your order would take around three to four months for delivery. We offer a rush service to meet your schedule which incurs a small rush fee. However if you have no time to wait, check out our Immediate Delivery range under each collection. These dresses can be delivered to you straight away.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
All nicolina gowns are made to a standard measurement. A qualified consultant in the store will be able to advise you on what is the nearest size to suit, with your chosen style. Every body shape is different and most of our dresses can be altered for the best possible fitting. Please consult with the store for the most accurate measurements to be taken and therefore the best alteration results. View size chart.

HOW MUCH DOES A NICOLINA GOWN COSTS?
Prices of nicolina gowns are various mainly depending on the intricacy of the design and the usage of fabric. Guided by our recommended retail price, payment or lay-by terms you choose with the store may also affect the final cost. Check out What's on Sale in customer service. WHAT IF THE STORE DOESN'T HAVE THE DRESS I WANT TO TRY ON?
Not every authorized store carries the full range of our collection. Also due to an individual exclusivity agreement, not every design is available to a particular store. Please make sure the stores you are going to visit do carry the collection. Sometimes, the store would need to order the sample dress in before your appointment for you to try-on. It is wise to make your enquiry prior to a store visit.

CAN I ORDER A DRESS MADE IN A DIFFERENT FABRIC?
Each nicolina dress is designed and shown in its best suitable fabric. But that doesn’t mean you don’t have a choice. Discuss this with the store consultant regarding any other available fabrics in the range.

CAN I BUY EXTRA FABRIC, LACE, AND ACCESSORIES?
Absolutely you can. Matching fabric for a shawl or for your flower girl’s outfit, extra ribbon for your flower bouquets or table decoration, extra brooches as presents for guests of your bridal party? Additional lace and motifs all can help to harmonize your colours with your venue decorators. Any of these can be purchased through some selected authorized retailer.
